4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are available for depositing funds at nagad7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• Only a payment method registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• nagad7 may hold suspicious transactions for review.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until the wagering requirements on bonus funds are met.
• The withdrawal method must generally match the deposit method used.
• Unusual withdrawals may require additional verification.

4.3 Currency and Value

All transactions on the nagad7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion is not currently available.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

nagad7 offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. To receive the bonus, a 20x wagering requirement on the original deposit amount must be met.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200
• Example: ৳14,000 deposit → bonus ৳8,000 → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
• If an active bonus is cancelled after being claimed, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• nagad7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program

nagad7 has three VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play. Cashback for each tier is paid out every Monday.

6.1 General Betting Terms

All bets placed on nagad7 are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled. It is entirely the user's responsibility to be sure about the odds and rules before placing a bet.

• nagad7 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error due to a technical fault.
• If a fraudulent or unusual betting pattern is identified, the related bet may be voided.
• Bets placed based on clearly incorrect odds or information will not stand.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

For cricket betting, bets can be placed on international and domestic matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Casino Games

In casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games, etc.), all outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured. The specific rules for each game are stated within the game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nagad7 platform:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Registering an account with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting activities.
• Using software bots, scripts or automated methods.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding with other users or engaging in group fraud.
• Attempting to breach security measures or hack the platform.
• Using a third party's account or selling an account.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and any balance may be forfeited.

8.1 Closure by nagad7

nagad7 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Compliance with a legal or regulatory directive.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. Please withdraw any available balance before closing; access will be restricted once the account is closed.

8.3 Voluntary Break
